The Aviva Stadium is Ireland’s first and only UEFA Elite Stadium has hosted the Europa League final.
It reopened its doors on 14th May 2010 and has a seated capacity of 50,000. The redeveloped stadium is designed to provide superb facilities not alone for spectators but also for players, the media and the many support personnel needed to stage all events.
The Stadium is home to both the Irish Rugby Team who play their 6 Nations fixtures there and the Republic of Ireland soccer team who play their World Cup and European Championship qualifiers at the stadium.
The Stadium is also home to Leinster rugby who play their Heineken Cup fixtures in the stadium.
